At present, Ever-glory Garment Import & Export Co., Ltd has 12 import and export companies, 3 overseas sales and marketing companies, 3 domestic trading companies, 6 core industry bases in Nanjing, Chuzhou, Kunshan, Fengyang,Qixia, as well as overseas bases, and 20 factories wholly owned by the group. 

In Nanjing, Catch-luck Garment Co., Ltd. employs over 600, has 16 professional production lines, and over 500 advanced production machines imported from Japan, Germany and France. The main products are jackets, vests, cotton clothes, ski wear, mountaineering wear, and waterproof wear, with an annual production capacity of 1.000,000 pieces. 

    New-Tailent Garment Co., Ltd has 24 production lines, over 900 employees, and over 600 advanced garment production machines imported from Japan, Germany and France. It specializes in casual pants, jeans, trousers, and dresses, with an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 pieces.

With the help of the leaders and experts from the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Ever-glory group has on several occasions organized professional training on safety, hygiene, and environmental protection, to ensure the requirements and standards of the target markets are fully understood. 

Before finalizing client  orders , Ever-glory Group will meet  with its clients to understand their business requirements and ensure that not only do we have the right product range but also that the potential client fits the desired profile of companies  we seek to do business with. 

Before purchasing, Ever-glory Group assesses the quality control abilities of suppliers, conveys the client’s requirements to suppliers, and sends out merchandisers to follow up and check their production processes. 

The visual appearance and quality of fabrics and accessories will be inspected after arrival at the Logistics Center. 

Testing Center is conducting inspection and verification for interior quality. 

Production Control Center conducts assessment and obtains confirmation of production availability in different factories. 

Before production, all persons involved hold a “three unity meeting” to decide technical procedure, inspection standards, key processing points, and other details. 

 

In In-line progress, quality control takes place at all stages of cutting, sewing, and finishing. At each stage work is examined before the next process is started preventing, unsuitable products entering the production line.

 Quality Assurance Center of the Group will send QC’s to ensure product quality in the production process and products are only shipped after approval of the final inspection.
